Kryvenzo operates a real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates the connection between investors and real estate projects in Argentina. Through the Site, users can: • Access information about real estate projects available for funding. • Learn about the conditions, timelines, and characteristics of each opportunity. • Send inquiries through the contact form. The Site is informational and for contact purposes. Investment operations are formalized through specific agreements subject to particular conditions.

To use the Site you must: • Be at least 18 years old. • Provide truthful and updated information when using our forms. • Use the Site lawfully and in accordance with current Argentine legislation. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Site to any person who fails to meet these requirements or who misuses it.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to texts, images, logos, design, source code, trademarks, and trade names — is the property of Kryvenzo S.A. or its licensors, and is protected by Argentine intellectual property laws (Law 11,723) and trademark laws (Law 22,362). The reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation of any content on the Site is prohibited without prior written authorization from Kryvenzo S.A.

Kryvenzo S.A. does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Site or the absence of technical errors. The information about real estate projects published on the Site is informational and does not constitute financial or legal advice or a public offering of securities under the terms of Capital Markets Law No. 26,831. Investments in real estate crowdlending carry inherent risks, including the possibility of partial or total loss of invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Each investor is responsible for evaluating the risks before participating.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and by Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its complementary regulations. By using the Site, you accept the processing of your data in accordance with said policy.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Kryvenzo is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such sites. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.

Kryvenzo reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically.

These T&C are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising in relation to the use of the Site shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
